| IncomNet offers first Virtual Office |

HCM CITY - Incomnet Corp has launched the G-Office, the first virtual
office in Viet Nam which, the company said, can save up to 90 per cent
on rental costs compared to traditional offices.
G-Office provides all the
services of an on-site office without the need of tenants to be present. The
primary targets are home-based businesses, new business start-ups and branches
of small and medium-sized businesses, the HCM City-based IT firm said.
"Instead of the customary rental of office space, G-Office provides an alternative to reducing risks in starting a business," said Incomnet’s director Huynh Quang Viet. He said with a G-Office address, tenants can use their own registered business address by puting it in their name cards and official stationery. They can also use the address to open a bank account or for any official documentation, he said. Beside providing a local business address, the virtual office provides reception service, meeting rooms and IP support services, the company said. Rents rose by 40 per cent last year in HCM City, the country’s business hub, and a similar trend is expected this year due to the high demand and continual shortage of space. Office rents in Viet Nam’s
largest city are so high that they ranked 17th out of 203 locations in 58
countries, according to a report released by Cushman&Wakefield, a leading
