G-Office provides Business Address, which can be used as registered business address for your registration of business or company. It can be also used as a confidential address for personal mails.

Business Address can be used on business cards, letterheads or any other official documents.

Self-Collection of Mails & Parcels

When arriving, mails & parcels will be kept for your self-collection and un-collected mails will be disposed after 90 days.

All mails are processed and to be collected during our office hours at: R.606 Indochina Park Tower- 04 Nguyen Dinh Chieu str. - Dist.1 - HoChiMinh city - Vietnam .

Mail & Parcels Notification

Whenever mails arrive, G-Office provides notification via email and information of sender of the mails.

Mail Notification is free of charge for all clients of G-Office

First-month Mails & Parcels Forwarding

In the first month, G-Office shall forward mailers of all kinds to your address. Postages shall be paid back by customers following the invoice provided.

Weekly Mail Forwarding

For any arrival of postal mails, including courier items and small parcels, G-Office Virtual Office provides Mail Forwarding every Thursday*.

Forwarding fee applied exactly from the courier providers.

*If Thursday is a public holiday or non-working day, mail forwarding will be postponed to the following working day. Upon registration, detailed information will be sent to you via our GSS (G-Office Self-service System) on how to use our mail forwarding service.

Free of using Guest Space

A joint space for customers to welcome their guests and served by our receptionists.

Beverage (tea, coffee, refined water)

All customers and guests are served with beverage free of charge.

Web-hosting and Email

G-Office professionals' web design team will consult you how to build a perfect web site.

G-Office provides you free of web hosting with storage up to (50 Mbytes) and 10 (ten) Email addresses under your own domain name.

Meeting Facilities

Having a meeting and require Meeting Facilities? G-Office provides a meeting room which is comfortable for 10-12 persons. Meeting Facilities can be booked* for $10 per hour.

For non-customers, our Meeting Facilities can be booked for $15 per hour.

*All booking must be made 1 day in advance. Same day booking is possible upon availability of the meeting room. All bookings are subjected to availability.

Fax Sharing

We share our fax numbers with customers and forward the incoming faxes to your email box (as .pdf file).

Dedicated Phone number

With our innovative Dedicated Phone number, G-Office offers a dedicated phone number and allows the calls to be transferred to your fixed line number or mobile number, no matter where you are in the world, or anytime of the day.

Dedicated Phone number will be issued within 30 minutes.

*Calls transferred to Vietnam long-distant and foreign-based numbers will be charged at a different rate. Calls transferred tariffs will depend on the bill from the Telecom services provider (EVN Telecom). G-Office do not plug any additional free.

Dedicated PBX

Customer is provided with a dedicated PBX

• Greeting announcement customized by customers.

• Receiving up to 30 concurrent calls for each customer.

The PBX is included freely along with the Dedicated Phone Number.

Dedicated Fax Line

With our innovative Dedicated Fax Line, G-Office offers you a dedicated fax number and allows all faxes document to be sent directly to your email (Fax-to-Email), in the popular Adobe PDF format without any extra charge

All Calls will be forwarded directly to your Voice mail Box when you are unavailable. You can access to your Voicemail whenever, wherever in the world via GSS (G-Office Self-service System)

Telephone answering

Your incoming Virtual Office calls are greeting by your customized message and G-Office professional  operators offer live call handling using your business name. If the operator can not handle the call for any reason, the call can be seamlessly forwarded to your preferred number or voice messages can be taken and delivered to your email according to your specifications.
